Off Topic

This post really has nothing to do with grindhouse films.  Last night I managed to pull a muscle in my upper back between my shoulder blades and now I'm walking around like Frankenstein's monster because the pain prevents me from moving my neck.  Any tips or suggestions on how to reduce the pain or speed up the healing process would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks guys.  I'll be back with a review tomorrow.

Also, does anyone else wonder how Joe Lieberman shaves.


UPDATE:   Thanks for the advice... and um... comments about that broad in the saw.  I took some stuff, and did some stretching and light exercise and now I have more movement of my neck with less pain.  I'm going to have a dull ache in my upper back for a few days, I think, but I'm fine with that.

Yeah go to the doctor, and ask for some painkillers, its really your best bet. But assuming you've already done so I cannot say anything really. Just have a rest.

I would definitely ice it, works wonders. But come to think of it, it is your back so you also dont want to strain it by reaching back there with an ice pack. I would just put it on your bed or couch and lay down for about twenty mins every couple hours.

Painkillers will dull the pain, but it won't do anything about the injury and you may end up making it worse. I suggest icing it and taking it easy.

I have that SAME injury right now. Its something that happens to me every couple of months, but I never know how. I just suddenly notice that its there. Ice definitely helps, and motrin. Try it!
